Dark Brown Bull Hide Leather Guitar Strap

  This is a very simple strap made with a less commonly found bull hide that is dyed dark brown. It is nearly 8oz thick (1/8"), but is very supple and soft, and will feel like it's a padded strap when you wear it. The finished side is the top grain, with relatively small texture, and has a luster. The underside is a soft & fairly smooth suede split. I have included a photo with "chocolate brown" & black cowhides in other guitar strap listings, and a white business card.
  
  This is so thick that it is not completely through dyed leather, so the edge does show a thin center of white where the dye did not penetrate. I have opted in this listing to not apply edge dye to hide this, though I could if you desire, please convo me.
  
  This leather will shows its life--and will wear well. It is soft, and the adjusment strap hole may elongate a bit, but it will not fail. But it is very tough, yet supple, and will hold acoustic, electric, and even bass guitars well.
  
  The overall functional length can be adjusted from about 48" to 58" between the peg holes with 1" intervals. I can make it shorter if needed, but alas am limited in the leather, and cannot offer a longer option.
  
  The holes for the front peg is punched at 5/16", and rear tab is 3/8" unless you request something different. Each end has a small slit that ends with a small hole for a "keyhole" effect to prevent tears and to make the strap easy to install & remove. The hole and can accommodate most pegs, but remains securely in place. If you have a specific peg size you need to fit, please let me know.
  
  The main strap is hand cut to 2 1/2" wide and tapers slightly at either end, and is about 42" long. I have softened the cut edges with a small bevel tool, so there is a gentle transition from the top surface to the edge.
  
  Eleven adjustment slots are cut about every 1", and the 1" wide adjustment strap loops through the chosen slot and is woven through the other slots to provide the desired length and fixes to the back pin on the guitar.
  
  I cut the adjustment strap to about 22", with about 18" to the peg hole, so But since I cut these myself, I can easily modify the length or spacing to get the fit that works for you. Or you can add more peg holes in this back strap for finer adjustment as you wear it in.
  
  I can make this strap shorter if needed, but presently don't have option to go longer with the remaining leather I have right now.
  
  My "Acoustic Needle" logo is laser etched a few inches above the front peg hole on the underside and on the finished surface of the adjustment strap.
  
  The design means the strap is only leather, and there is no metal or plastic hardware that could annoy you while you're playing, or your knock into you instrument while it's being moved or stored.
  
  I can also provide coordinating leather "laces" if you prefer to tie the strap to the neck of the guitar, rather than using a front peg. There is no extra charge for these when you order the strap, but please note in the order you want it included.
